The name Akarawin Farm grew out of a lighthearted family inspiration. A sibling of one of the founders liked the name of a chicken farm seen on social media, and that sparked the naming idea. It was a personal choice—something they liked and felt was easy to remember.

Leadership & Finance
Guides business direction, manages finances, and oversees people management.

Farm Operations Leadership
Oversees day-to-day farm operations, advises the grower, and provides final approval following the team’s quality review.

Cost, Logistics & Information Support
Reviews costs, coordinates purchasing and transport, researches cultivar information, and keeps relevant staff informed.

Cultivation & Farm Support
The grower leads cultivation work, supported by personnel handling hands-on preparation and trimming. Both contribute to the review before final approval.

Accounting & Sales Coordination
The farm reports quantities to accounting. Accounting relays the information to the responsible business and farm leads, who review it together before updating sales.
